PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Teen Feed
Meal program for low-income, street-involved, and/or homeless youth and young adults ages 13-25 years. Provides nutritious food, clothing, case management, and positive interactions with healthy adults.

Service Links For Youth (SLY)
Street outreach program for homeless youth and young adults, helping youth identify how they can be as safe as possible on the streets, while moving toward stable housing or other goals. SLY facilitates connections to resources and provides ongoing support to participants.
